Reviews and Ratings
The hotel property was a huge disappointment with trash all over the place, especially at the pool and the beach. The meal at Nobu was extremely overpriced and underwhelming, and the hostess at the front desk was very rude. However, the room I stayed in was clean and had an amazing view inside the elevator shaft, but not worth the price, even with the discount. I would not stay here again.
The hotel is beautifully designed and located among but the staff that serves you are truly exceptional. However, I found the price to be a bit high for the value offered. The dining experience was very underwhelming, and there were issues with cleanliness throughout the property.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. I enjoyed the lovely Zen Suite 1035, although the view overlooking the roof and parking lot wasn't ideal. The Nobu restaurant and lobby bar were nice amenities but the experience was marred by rudeness from some staff members. The location next to Fontainbleu and mid-beach was great, although limited sunlight hours and ongoing maintenance work took away from the overall experience.
The hotel was located in a prime spot, mid-beach, near the Fontainebleau with a mix of restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, although lacking a fridge, water bottles, and sufficient cups. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay feel welcoming. The dining experience was a letdown with overpriced and underwhelming options. However, the location was brilliant, complemented by personalized service from staff like Ezgi at the front desk.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were amazing, especially the beds, offering great value for money with comfortable amenities. However, I was very underwhelmed by the service provided.
The hotel offers a stunning view of the ocean and spacious suites but falls short due to noise issues from neighboring rooms. The service is a mix of rude and dismissive encounters with some outstanding professionalism from certain staff members. The location is excellent, placed mid-beach among high-rise buildings, although there were occasional delays in service. The dining experience was a mix of great food but poor service, complemented by an array of fresh and tasty menu options. Despite some shortcomings, the facilities cater to various needs.
